On The Run From Colours

TYPE

Poem

Green misled me into the woods.

Blue tried to drown me in the sea.

White smothered me in balls of clouds.

Yellow caught me on a double yellow line.

Red greeted me with hands of blood.

Brown imprisoned my steps in clay.

Black offered to close my eyes in sleep.

But a nightmare got in the way.

Now even grey looks out to get me.

Fog, what are you? Friend or enemy?
