#CLPEWordsForTheWorld - 24th September 2020

Today is #CLPEWordsForTheWorld day!

It's time to share your work with us across Twitter, Facebook and Instagram using #CLPEWordsForTheWorld, and we will spotlight our favourites on our social media and our website.

In July 2020, we released our recovery curriculum teaching notes to support primary children with the transition back into school in September. These notes are based on Here We Are: Notes for Living on Planet Earth by Oliver Jeffers and we are delighted that over 13,000 teachers registered to receive the notes over the summer.

After completing the 2 week unit with your class, we want to see your work! Share your own words for the world in any way you want, a note, an illustration, a written poem, a recorded video, a story, or even a song! Anyone can take part by using the #CLPEWordsForTheWorld no matter where in the world you are.

Take a look at all of the wonderful work from schools, authors, illustrators and many more for #CLPEWordsForTheWorld

Oliver Jeffers has written and illustrated his own #CLPEWordsForTheWorld. Click on the image above to watch a video from Oliver himself, introducing our school unit and his #CLPEWordsForTheWorld!
