    TESTIMONIALS

It is a very fun-filled, well designed day and I found it very thought provoking, inspiring and useful. The course leads were very knowledgeable and were able to facilitate the discussion.

    Teacher on Understanding Spelling, 2024

I have reframed my thinking around the teaching and learning of spelling. I learned about the importance of drawing attention to the etymology and morphology of words and ensuring that children are secure with syllables in words as early as possible. There were some lovely classroom activities that were introduced which were inspiring too. I have critically evaluated how my school currently teach spelling and am in the process of adapting our curriculum, designing CPD and introducing changes. I am so grateful that I was able to attend this course.
