Book our face-to-face courses with full confidence that they will be run within government guidelines on health and safety and social distancing. Like everyone, we are having to review the situation with regards to Covid-19 regularly. If government guidance changes then we will work with you to ensure that we can deliver an alternative that meets your needs and that gives your school the training you need.
Covering reading, writing and planning, these one day courses are tailored to the needs of teachers from Nursery to Year 6. Teachers can attend individual days or book all four courses to embed consistency of practice throughout your school.
These courses develop and strengthen the essential subject knowledge all primary teachers should have to be able to effectively support all children.
These courses focus on the specialist aspects of Literacy Teaching. They are taught and developed by experts on the topic, including our own experienced teaching team and external educators, professors, authors, illustrators and poets.
These four day courses, delivered across the school year, will develop your learning over time and allow participants to trial approaches and develop pedagogy of what works in classrooms to support pupil progress and development.
Our Power of Reading training and Closing the Vocabulary Gap in the Early Years (formerly known as Power of Reading in the Early Years) uses quality children’s literature and proven creative teaching approaches to support and develop a high quality literacy curriculum and a whole school love of reading and writing.
