A wolf once chanced upon a dog

outside the wild wood.

Cried Wolf, ‘And how are you today?’

Barked Dog, ‘Well, life is good:

A free bird leaps 
on the back of the wind   
and floats downstream   
till the current ends 
and dips his wing

In.

Breathe

Out.

Gasp,

Sigh,

Scream,

Shout.

Spread your arms wide and smile

find yourself

find your style.
