Hilda Offen

Hilda Offen is an author and illustrator.Her first book was Rita the Rescuer and she has created several more titles about this superheroine since. She won the Smarties Prize for Nice Work Little Wolf (1992) and was shortlisted for the Roald Dahl Funny Prize for The Galloping Ghost (2009). Her poetry collection Blue Balloons and Rabbit Ears was shortlisted for the CLiPPA 2015.
