Growing Frogs

A child describes how she and her mother observe some frogspawn until baby frogs emerge and they return them to the pond. This picture book begins by relating this story of the natural world to a traditional story and is told very much from a child’s point of view. The main narrative is printed in a font which suggests a child’s writing and additional facts about frogs and their lifecycle are in a typeface. There is also an index and a conservation reminder.
