Booking open for the Power of Pictures Conference 13 June
Join us for a day exploring how to inspire learning through working with picture books and their creators across the primary years.
This conference is based on the Power of Pictures, a three year project in which teachers work with illustrators and CLPE to model creative responses to picture books, drawing inspiration from the specific artistic and writing skills of the authors. The conference will share what we have learnt from the Power of Pictures project, its immediate impact in the classroom - particularly on creative writing - and give delegates the opportunity to learn directly from the illustrators involved themselves.
