Justin Shinebourne Chair of Finance Committee

Justin is a Partner at Finsbury, a global advisory firm, where he leads the Equity Advisory practice out of London. Previously he had over 20 years experience in Investment Banking, latterly as Chairman, Equity Advisory Europe at Barclays. He started working with CLPE as part of a project team at Pilotlight, helping CLPE to develop their long term strategic plan and was delighted to evolve that relationship into a Trustee role.

Justin has been an advisor to a number of charities with a focus on capacity building in order to facilitate sustainability, development and growth. He worked with the Young Vic Theatre over many years on corporate and individual donor engagement and is also a member of the Board of Trustees at Battersea Arts Centre.
